PATIENCE

“To lose patience is to lose the battle.” 


Developing patience can be challenging, but it's definitely worth the effort. Here are some tips that can help you cultivate patience:

Practice mindfulness: Mindfulness meditation can help you develop a sense of calmness and reduce impulsivity. By being present in the moment and paying attention to your thoughts and feelings, you can learn to respond more thoughtfully instead of reacting impulsively.
