Power of Appreciation
There are tremoendous signs of good people one of them is appreciation on good things. Today one of buddies Hafsa Khan appreciated me on my current progress which uplifted me to keep it up. Her words gave me a new topic and energy for today to discuss i.e appreciation. Aprreciation could be in any form such as a smile, word, sign , gift, reward, clapping or helping some someone. It could be giving your time or could be verbal and non verbal.
The power of appreciation is immense. When you show appreciation, you acknowledge the efforts of someone else and express gratitude for their contribution. This can have a significant impact on their motivation and self-esteem, as well as on your own well-being. We all are kids from innerside and wanted to be accepted and appreciated unconditionally but unfortunately society has specific standards to appreciate. It encouraged only when anyone fit into its criteria. We all waste our presious time in just fulfilling those criterias and supressed our inner voice. One word is as powerful as Gori Missile but we dont know its impacts thats why we use it without even thinking. The power of appreciation can have a significant impact on individuals and society alike. It can boost morale, enhance relationships, increase productivity, improve mental health, and foster a positive culture.
